Our capabilities

1. Design, 3D-modeling and various types of calculations for metal constructions of any degree of complexity.
2. Preparation of technical documentation for the European market (EN 1090) and market of the CIS states (GOST).
3. Development of production processes.
4. Component manufacturing or manufacturing of finished metal constructions (including manufacturing on the basis of drawings provided by the Client).

Quality

The design and production process is maintained in strict compliance with the requirements of EN 1090.

Rust protection

Three coverage schemes are used to protect metal constructions against rust. These are painting, hot galvanizing and hot galvanizing together with painting.

Logistics of products

Constructions are packed and stowed into a cargo body according to the planned loading scheme ensuring the safety of cargo by transportation.
